Terms & Conditions

Last updated 4 June 2026

These terms govern your use of visaticket.com and the flight reservation service we provide. By using the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

1. The service

VisaTicket.com creates a real, verifiable flight reservation in your name on a commercial airline. The reservation is held without ticketing for a limited time — typically 24 to 72 hours — long enough to satisfy embassies, immigration officers, and airline counter staff. We do not sell flown tickets and we never collect the full ticket fare.

2. Eligibility & user obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate passenger information (names exactly as on the travel document, real dates of birth and contact details) and to use the service only for legitimate travel-document purposes — visa applications, onward-ticket proof at immigration, or flexible last-minute planning.

Automated access, abusive use, repeated speculative bookings, and any use that violates IATA rules, airline policies, or applicable law are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

3. Payment & pricing

The single fee shown at checkout is the only amount we charge. Payment is processed in real time by Stripe; we accept the methods Stripe enables for your country (most major debit and credit cards). The fee is charged before the reservation is created.

4. Reservation lifecycle

Once payment succeeds, we attempt to create the reservation immediately. You receive the PNR and a PDF confirmation by email. The reservation remains verifiable on the airline website until the hold expires; after expiration the booking is automatically released by the airline and the PDF is no longer valid for travel.

We optimise the choice of airline and flight for verifiability and reliability. The specific carrier appears on the PDF; selecting a specific airline or flight number is not part of the service.

5. Refunds

If we are unable to create your reservation (technical failure on our side, airline rejection, etc.) we automatically refund the fee in full to the card you paid with. Once the reservation has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable — the airline charges us a hold fee regardless of how you use the PNR. Duplicate payments are refunded on request.

6. Limitation of liability

VisaTicket.com is not a travel agent, an airline, or a visa-issuing authority. We do not guarantee that any specific embassy or border officer will accept the reservation, nor that an airline will not change schedules during the hold period. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law forbids such exclusion.

7. Intellectual property

All content on visaticket.com — copy, design, code, logos — belongs to VisaTicket.com or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative services from it without written permission.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or use the service fraudulently. You can stop using the service at any time; closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of completed reservations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support team will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to file a claim in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at visaticket.com/terms with the last-updated date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
